A personalized in-home consultation designed to uncover what’s affecting your baby’s sleep and feeding patterns. Together we’ll review your baby’s routines, assess the sleep environment, and identify the key adjustments that will lead to better rest. You’ll receive science-based guidance and gentle, practical strategies tailored to your family—so you leave with a clear plan and the confidence to help your baby sleep better.
Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel or reschedule (base on availability) your appointment 24 hours more in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not receive a refund but will be able to be re-scheduled.
